I am writing in reference to my recent home-buying experience with Century 21 MoneyWorld . Melina Camey was our Realtor. I would like to commend her for her effort and expertise. In addition, I would like others to be aware of what an asset you have in Melina.
We purchased a new home from out of state. This made the process more difficult and frustrating in many ways. Melina was the only one in the entire process who returned phone calls extremely promptly. She almost always had answers to our questions immediately and when she did not; she very honestly said "I don't know, I'll have to get right back to you on that"-- and then she did!
We felt as though Melina was the only one who was not working against us or working to take advantage of us. Melina made us feel as though she was looking out for us. When figures, quotes, or expectations were not met, Melina would get on the phone, to whomever, and help sort things out.
She was prompt, diligent, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We wanted very much to thank her for a job well done. We figured the best way to do that was to let others know about her. That includes her superiors and co-workers as well as anyone we know who may be moving to Las Vegas.
